  • Existing Client Controls Loaded

  • User Population and Roles Identified

 

Week 2

  • Client “What Could Go Wrong” risks logically mapped to Client Controls in 2020

  • Potential Risk Coverage Gaps Identified – 2020’s Control Library Recommends Controsl to Fill Gaps

  • Excessive or Redundant Controls Identified

  • Role Level Training Sessions:  Management, Control Owners, Location Managers & Internal Auditors

 

After initial implementation, a 2020 project lead is available to answer questions and assist throughout the duration of the relationship.
